The area is jealously guarded by the traditions of the Maremma, with the typical landscapes of a plains move and riddled with watercourses that have eroded the earth for centuries, to create a large number of small wooded valleys on their banks.

The business area extends for about 800 hectares in the territory of the Municipality of Viterbo. It is set up for about 300 hectares of forests and pastures, where cattle and horses of maremma breed have been raised in the wild, in competition with wild boars, hares, pheasants and pangs; the remainder is made from arable land, cultivated with cereals, forage and fruit and vegetables, and there is also an olive grove of thousands of plants that produces the extra virgin olive oil of Tuscia.
